• Volunteer Management – Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers for various teams such as dinner service, hospitality, & set up/ tear down.
• Schedule & communicate with volunteers to ensure adequate coverage for all service-related activities.
• Coordinate facility & cleaning staff to ensure all areas are clean, organized and ready for service.
• Order & maintain necessary supplies for services.
• Update and maintain records in our CRM systems, such as planning center & Salesforce.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers and staff regarding Sunday service logistics.
• Plan and implement décor to enhance the environment.
• Oversee merchandise store, including inventory management, financial transactions, and presentation.

Job specifications and requirements

• A relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Agreement with Powerhouse Ministries “Statement of Faith”
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Ability to exercise a high degree of accuracy, initiative, and independence in performing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience recruiting and managing volunteers.
• Experience utilizing a CRM. (Client Resource Management tools such as Planning Center & Salesforce)
